Dakota Blue Richards is an English actor who has been known for playing Lyra Belacqua in "The Golden Compass" and Franky Fitzgerald on the third generation of actors in British teenager drama "Skins". Also, she has a lengthy history of performing on stage in stage plays like 'Arcadia' as well as A Streetcar Named Desire. Richards is a Londoner and grew in Sussex. Richards was enrolled in a few drama classes in school, but she attended the bulk of her acting lessons at the weekend. The school day was shortened to go on auditions. It was her debut as an actor.
